Automations and AI agents for SMEs

Everyone is talking about AI. Few SMEs really put it to work.

AI gives you a real edge only when it is built on your own processes and introduced with a method. We help you see where it fits, what it is worth and when to bring it in.

15.7%of SMEs in Italy use AI

53.1%of large companies

  • one process at a time
  • you keep the software you use
  • timelines agreed before we start

The gap

The gap widens every year.

In Italy, the difference in AI use between large companies and SMEs grew from about 20 points in 2023 to 37 in 2025.

Over the same period, AI use among Italian companies with at least 10 employees rose from 8.2% in 2024 to 16.4% in 2025.

02With help

Start gradually, one workflow at a time.

With the Map we look at how your team works today and pick the first process where AI really pays off: the one that takes up the most time, with the most measurable return. The Map is yours to keep, even if you stop there.

Step 1The MapFind the first process →

03The workflow

Your ERP, email and customers stay as they are.

We build automations and agents that work on top of the systems you already have. No migration, no new software: we remove the manual hand-off between one system and the next, on an agreed schedule.

04Stronger

Less repetitive work. More time for what matters.

We monitor the workflows, fix them and add new ones when needed. The goal is measured: higher margins, more output, or at least hours given back to your people.

What stays yours

Everything runs on your accounts.

  • Your systems stay intact: we don’t migrate your ERP.
  • A written boundary for every agent: what it can read, what it can change, where it stops and hands over to a person.
  • No lock-in: if you leave us, the workflows keep running on your side.

Who builds it

You talk to the people who build.

We run the Map ourselves, and we are the same people who then design the workflows, build them on your systems and look after them once they are live. On the call you won’t meet a salesperson: you’ll meet the people who will write the automations.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

The Map has a fixed price, which we tell you before we start. Automations are paid with a one-off build fee plus a monthly run fee, which you can cancel. No billable hours. You pay for the prototype only if you keep it.

How long does it take?

The weeks for each phase are written in the proposal, before we start. Timelines: to be confirmed

Do we need an IT department?

No. We need access to your ERP and email, a kick-off session with you and a few interviews with the people who do the work.

Is my data safe?

We only use the business services of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Cloud, which state that by default they do not train their models on your data; where the provider allows it, processing takes place in European regions; for every agent we write down what it can read and what it can change. We design our solutions with the EU AI Act and the GDPR in mind. (As of 28 September 2026.)

What happens if we leave you?

Workflows, accounts and documentation are yours and keep running on your side. You only stop paying for the run service.

Are there incentives?

For companies in Italy, as of 28 September 2026 two measures are open: the super-depreciation (Iperammortamento) of the New Transition 5.0 Plan, which reduces taxable income and is not a tax credit (software eligibility has to be checked case by case with an expert appraisal), and the Nuova Sabatini. In Piedmont, Finpiemonte’s Line A “Digitalizzazione”, which explicitly mentions artificial intelligence and robotics, opens on 13 October 2026, and the Chamber of Commerce’s “Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026” (SME digitalisation voucher), a non-repayable grant, runs from 22 October to 15 December 2026. A project may qualify for these measures: we check with you, without promising anything. The Transition 4.0 and 5.0 tax credits, the Training 4.0 credit and the Fondo Nuove Competenze no longer accept new applications.

What if we don’t need AI?

We’ll tell you. Half of what can be automated needs no artificial intelligence: a calendar, a rule, a form. If the Map says that is all you need, the proposal says so.

Do you work with our ERP?

It depends on the system, and we tell you before we start. Fatture in Cloud and Aruba (Premium account): direct connection. TS Digital Invoice, TS Pay and Zucchetti Digital Hub: through the vendor’s APIs, once the vendor enables access. Danea: via files. TS Studio/Lynfa and Ad Hoc: to be checked case by case.
