STR0NG ai

Method

Map, build, run.

Three phases, always the same six questions: who it is for, what you receive, how long it takes, how much of your time we need, how you pay, what stays yours.

01

Map

Who it is for
Companies that want to know where AI, or a simple automation, really saves time.
What you receive, in writing
The process map, the inventory of activities with hours per month, and a proposal with the first three automations and the reasons for each, plus a 90-day plan.
How long it takes
to be confirmed
Time we need from you
A kick-off session with you and your key people, then interviews with the people who do the work.
How you pay
Fixed price, stated before we start.
What stays yours
The whole Map, even if you go no further.

02

Build

Who it is for
Companies with a first automation chosen in the Map.
What you receive, in writing
A prototype running on your data, then the workflow in production, connected to your systems, with its documentation.
How long it takes
to be confirmed
Time we need from you
Testing the prototype, and access to the systems to connect.
How you pay
One-off build fee. You pay for the prototype only if you keep it: in one payment, or spread over the first monthly fees.
What stays yours
Workflows, accounts and documentation.

03

Run

Who it is for
Companies with automations in production that want them to keep working.
What you receive, in writing
A periodic report of what was done (tasks run, estimated hours, exceptions), fixes and updates.
How long it takes
to be confirmed
Time we need from you
An internal point of contact, whom we train: if they want to become autonomous, they can.
How you pay
Monthly fee, cancellable. AI model costs are pay as you go on your account, or included in the fee: the proposal says which.
What stays yours
Everything we built keeps running on your side.

The Map, in six steps

  1. 01

    Kick-off session

With management and key people: what the company does, how customers arrive, how the work is delivered, how after-sales is handled.

  2. 02

Interviews with the people who do the work

The key people, remotely or on site: repetitive tasks, a typical day, waiting times, bottlenecks.

  3. 03

    Process map

Two or three workflows drawn out, and an inventory of activities with frequency, duration, share that can be automated and hours per month.

  4. 04

    Scoring

By impact (hours × hourly cost), effort, risk and available data. We always start with a quick win, even when it is “use this software”.

  5. 05

    Two-sided validation

The people who do the work confirm the problem is real; the people who decide confirm it is worth the spend.

  6. 06

    Written proposal

The first three automations with estimated hours, cost, monthly fee, what stays with people, which data leaves the company and to which provider.

Like the prototype? We put it into production. Not convinced? You stop there, and the Map is yours to keep.

  1. 01

We only use the business services (APIs and business plans) of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Cloud, which state that by default they do not train their models on your data. Never the consumer versions.

  2. 02

Where the provider allows it, we set up processing in European regions. If you ask, the workflows run on your own infrastructure.

  3. 03

Before we build, we write down what the agent can read and what it can change. The EU AI Act requires transparency when an assistant talks to your customers, and measures for your staff’s AI literacy: both are in the proposal.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

The Map has a fixed price, which we tell you before we start. Automations are paid with a one-off build fee plus a monthly run fee, which you can cancel. No billable hours. You pay for the prototype only if you keep it.

How long does it take?

The weeks for each phase are written in the proposal, before we start. Timelines: to be confirmed

Do we need an IT department?

No. We need access to your ERP and email, a kick-off session with you and a few interviews with the people who do the work.

Is my data safe?

We only use the business services of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Cloud, which state that by default they do not train their models on your data; where the provider allows it, processing takes place in European regions; for every agent we write down what it can read and what it can change. We design our solutions with the EU AI Act and the GDPR in mind. (As of 28 September 2026.)

What happens if we leave you?

Workflows, accounts and documentation are yours and keep running on your side. You only stop paying for the run service.

Are there incentives?

For companies in Italy, as of 28 September 2026 two measures are open: the super-depreciation (Iperammortamento) of the New Transition 5.0 Plan, which reduces taxable income and is not a tax credit (software eligibility has to be checked case by case with an expert appraisal), and the Nuova Sabatini. In Piedmont, Finpiemonte’s Line A “Digitalizzazione”, which explicitly mentions artificial intelligence and robotics, opens on 13 October 2026, and the Chamber of Commerce’s “Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026” (SME digitalisation voucher), a non-repayable grant, runs from 22 October to 15 December 2026. A project may qualify for these measures: we check with you, without promising anything. The Transition 4.0 and 5.0 tax credits, the Training 4.0 credit and the Fondo Nuove Competenze no longer accept new applications.

What if we don’t need AI?

We’ll tell you. Half of what can be automated needs no artificial intelligence: a calendar, a rule, a form. If the Map says that is all you need, the proposal says so.

Do you work with our ERP?

It depends on the system, and we tell you before we start. Fatture in Cloud and Aruba (Premium account): direct connection. TS Digital Invoice, TS Pay and Zucchetti Digital Hub: through the vendor’s APIs, once the vendor enables access. Danea: via files. TS Studio/Lynfa and Ad Hoc: to be checked case by case.

The first step is the Map: fixed price, stated upfront. It is yours to keep even if you stop there.
